Tinned Copper Tri-rated Cable

Tinned Copper Tri-rated Cable

Application

Tinned Copper Tri-rated cable retains the same properties as standard Tri-rated, except that the wire is a tinned class 5 conductor. The tinning has advantanges over plain copper, such as making the cable easier to solder. Also the wire will not oxidise or tarnish over time if exposed to the elements.

Tinned Tri-rated is a flexible PVC cable that is flame retardant and can be used in high working temperatures. These cables are used for switch control in relay and instrumentation panels of power switchgear and for purposes such as internal connectors in rectifier equipment, motor starters and controllers.
